`I. NON.PAYMENT OF RENT
`1- The Plaintifi is the owner of the premises localed at 'l l Wallace Street,
`
`Apartment #13, Enfield, CT, 06082 aka 13 Wallace Street, Enfield, CT
`
`06082. ("Premises")
`2. On March 31,2024 Plaintiff and the Defendants entered into a written
`
`month to month lease for the use and occupancy ofthe Premises.
`3. Pursuant to the lease the Defendants took possession ofthe premises.
`4. The Defendants agreed to pay rent rn the amount of $676.00 per month
`
`on the first day of each month.
`5. The Defendants failed to pay rent in April 2024.
`6. On April 17 ,2024 the Plaintiff caused a Notice to Quit Possession, along
`
`with the CT Judicial Right to Counsel notice AND VAWA NOTICE, to be
`
`served on the Defendants to vacate the premises on or before May 20,
`
`2024 and a copy of the Notice to Quit Possession is attached to this
`
`complaint. (attached as Exhibit A).
`7. On or about April 17, 2024 the Plaintiff mailed a copy of the Notice to Quit
`Possession to the Section I Provider.

`8. Although the date in which the Notice To Quit possession has passed, the
`
`Defendants remain in possession of the premises.
`II. LAPSE OF TIME
`1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the premises located at 11 Wallace Street,
`
`Apartment#13, Enfield, CT,06082 aka 13 Wallace Street, Enfield, CT
`
`06082- ("Premises")
`2. On March 31, 2024 Plaintiff and the Defendants entered into a written
`
`month to month lease for the use and occupancy of the Premises.
`3. Pursuant to the lease, the Defendants took possession ofthe Property.
`4. The lease expired.
`5. On April 17 ,2024 the Plaintiff caused a Notice to Quit Possession, along
`
`with the CT Judicial Right to Counsel notice AND VAWA NOTICE, to be
`
`served on the Defendants to vacate the premises on or before May 20,
`
`2024 and a copy of the Notice to Quit Possession is attached to this
`
`complaint. (attached as Exhibit A).
`6. On or about April 17 ,2024 the Plaintiff mailed a copy of the Notice to Quit
`
`Possession to the Section 8 Provider.
`7. Although the date in which the Notice To Quit possession has passed, the
`
`Defendants remain in possession of the premises.
`
`lll. NEVER HAD A RIGHT TO OCCUPY (AS TO John Doe, and John Doe 2)
`1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the premises located at 11 Wallace Street,
`
`Apartment #13, Enfield, CT, 06082 aka 13 Wallace Street, Enfield, CT
`
`06082. ("Premises")
`2. The Plaintiff did not enter into any lease agreement with John Doe, and
`
`John Doe 2.
`3. The Defendants took occupancy of the Premises wrthout permission.
`

`4. The Plaintiff has been unable to ascertain the names of the occupants
`
`and so they are referred to herein as, "John Doe, and John Doe 2"
`5. On April 17 ,2024 the Plaintiff caused a Notice to Quit Possession, along
`
`with the CT Judicial Right to Counsel notice AND VAWA NOTICE, to be
`
`served on the Defendants to vacate the premises on or before May 20,
`
`2024 and a copy of the Notice to Quit Possession is attached to this
`
`complaint. (attached as Exhibit A).
`6. Although the date in which the Notice To Quit possession has passed, the

`defendants remain in possession of the premises.

`IV. SERIOUS NUISANCE
`
`1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the premises located at 11 Wallace Street,
`
`Apartment #13, Enfleld, CT, 06082 aka 13 Wallace Street, Enfleld, CT
`
`06082. ("Premises")
`2. The Defendants took possession ofthe Property.
`3. There is material non-compliance by the Defendants which constitutes a
`
`serious nuisance as defined by CGS $ 47a-15 lN THAT
`1. Purposeful destruction of property;
`2. Arrests due to violence and destruction of property.
`4. On April 17 ,2024 the Plaintiff caused a Notice to Quit Possession, along
`
`with the CT Judicial Right to Counsel notice AND VAWA NOTICE, to be
`
`served on the Defendants to vacate the premises on or before May 20,
`
`2024 and a copy of the Notice to Quit Possession is attached to this
`
`complaint. (attached as Exhibit A).
`
`5. Although the date in which the Notice To Quit possession has passed, the
