Blox fruits is bad, actually no its not even bad, its straight up hot garbage, and im not talking warm, im saying this sh*t is straight up burning at this point.
First of all, the game is bad. The map design is terrifying, its simply “too simple” for a game that has so many players, not to mention these guys make a living out of this game, like they could probably already retire at this point, yet they put in so little effort, and “but the animations look cool” diddly doo I can do that too (not really but you get the point), at the end of the day, most of the graphics for attacks and stuff are just mashed up 2d objects, or simply premade. Take for example Sols RNG (which Id also like to clarify is a game you shouldnt spend your time on), the game has several auras blah blah blah, but guess what, I cant replicate something like those auras, because theyre not 2d objects mashed up to make something look good, theyre several particles and effects mixed up in certain ways, yet blox fruits effects arent, theyre simply bad.
Next up in the list we have the amazing update schedule. For those who didnt get the fact its satire, it is, this update schedule is far beyond bad, its straight up scary at this point, id much rather die than have my favorite game update once every decade, and for reference, the game has had 23 major updates since its release (2019), and after doing the math, the game is updated on average every 80 days, but that was back in the day when the devs actually put in some effort, now they barely every update the game. A game with a good update schedule for example is deepwoken (i swear im not glazing) deepwoken has major changes every WEEK, yes, WEEK, and im not talking like one bugfix or something, im talking major updates which always involve new content, for example, a new weapon, new armor piece, and of course some updates are dry, or delayed, but the delay is a couple hours, not months.
Up next, how incredibly overrated the game is. To all those blox fruits entuthiasts who will do anything to convince someone that their favorite game is good, mind informing be about whats so good about it? What, you kill npcs, you get better things, you kill more npcs, and when you finally finish the endless grind which you most likely macroed or hacked your way through, you get to mash z, x and c for 10k bounty at max, your goal? 30M, for you to see how stupid that is, you would need to kill 2750 players, each giving 10k bounty on death (not counting those who give like 7k or those who just straight up dont give any bounty at all) just to then be able to summon a sea beast, wow! You can summon a sea beast! And the worst part is the sea beast sucks, it barely has any health and lets not even talk about damage, because it sucks. And what then? You have finished the game, and you are now desperately waiting for an update just so you can level up again, but tell me, when you level up to max level again, what are you gonna do? No reason in killing players as you already have 30M bounty, no reason for farming bosses because you already have the most broken sword in the game. You know what happens after that? Nothing, literally nothing, you move on from the game, hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours wasted for a tedious endless grind, which overall will never be useful is your daily life. Some other games which include reaction time (sigh, another deepwoken glaze) are at least minimally useful, as they can sort of help with reaction time. Even tho I said I was gonna glaze deepwoken, this really includes any game that involves timing something, like a dodge or a parry, just anything, but no, the most you have to time here is the “/“ button so you can say “ez” before your opponent leaves the game.
Now one of the questions that bothers me the most, what attracts you to spending 60 DOLLARS on something like perma kitsune, like were talking 60 whole dollars, you can buy elden ring, sekiro, basically any game you could think of. Let me put it into perspective; for every 5 perm kitsunes you could have possibly bought to trade, you could have bought a brand new Quest 2, which is 300€, thats so much money.
After that question, comes another point: how incredibly overpriced everything is. This game is by far the game with the most expensive gamepasses for the least useful things. “Oh but its good” its not, take for example dark blade, 1200 robux, about 15€, the sword? Its sh*t, everyone agrees with that, its no more than just a base sword with slightly buffed moves, most of which suck, how do I know this? I bought it to know what it was all about. Permanent fruits, they are SO overpriced, perm kitsune is 60€, SIXTY, THAT IS SO MUCH MONEY, as I said in the question above, with 60€ you could buy elden ring, basixally any game you can think of, yet you decided to spend it in some permanent fruit, which youll most likely never use again when you buy the next fruit that releases permanently, and again and again and so on, like its so stupidly expensive, and this is one of the things NOBODY can tell me otherwise, because spending 50 dollars in robux is something id sort of understand, maybe in the long run, 50 dollars at once is still a lot, but now youre telling me people spend 60 dollars, all at once, into one SINGLE game, into one SINGLE gamepass, which apart from basically giving you anything at all, it doesnt give you quests, new areas to explore, more content, it doesnt give you anything besides the ability to permanently use a fruit, which will most likely be nerfed, or simply overleveled by another fruit. Its simply stupidly expensive, and again, youre free to try to prove me otherwise.
Next thing in line is how absolutely lame the weapon design is. Welcome back, did you just check? I bet you did, and you are waiting to tell me its good and all, but thats only with third sea weapons, first sea weapons look like a 3 year old’s art and crafts project, and second sea ones look bad, but oh third sea ones look great right? WRONG, when will you ever have haki turned off? If anything, they should start focusing more on first sea weapon’s design, rather than third sea weapons, considering how good third sea weapons look and how bad first sea weapons look. “Oh but fighting styles look okay” WRONG, ill give the devs credit for making sanguine arts look good, but the rest of the fighting styles are terrible, and unlike swords, you cant prove me wrong there, most of them barely have any detail, and are mostly just mashed up particles in your first, in the case of dark leg, there isnt even any particles, its just animation, wanna know who else has 0 hours of practice but can probably animate as good as a blox fruits dev? Me! You! Anyone! Its literally so easy to animate, just move your character frame by frame into the position you want and boom!
Now that were at about 1250 words, I need to sort of cut down the rest of the articles into smaller ones.
Alright, the leveling system now. This games leveling system is BY FAR the worst one I have EVER seen, because not only is it grindy, its boring, and its so “exciting” to finally get to a new quest and do what you did all over again, it really just makes the situation better. For those of you that have yet to rot your brain through hours and hours of non stop farming, wether youre a low level or have simply not played the game yet, dont even bother playing it for a single more minute, because let me just tell you it sucks. To begin with, most quests give you on average 1.2 levels, and every single quest is around 40 or 50 levels apart, depends on what level you are, because yes, it just keeps getting worse. This means one thing and one thing only, which id you would have to complete the same quest, without any variation at all, 40 times, in order to go to the next quest and do it all over again, so on until you reach max level, which not only is tedius as sh*t, its boring.
Now, the upgrading system, also sh*t. For reference, after counting, I got 5 scrap metal from 100 npcs, which is stupid, and to make things worse, most swords and guns require, you guessed it, scrap metal, and not only 5, because the shark anchor requires 40 SCRAP METAL, which is ABSURD, its borderline an insult to our freedom and life at this point, and the fact theyre only making the npc spawn times slower every update doesnt help, because eventually, youre gonna find yourself rotting in your chair for hours, just to getall of the scrap metal for a sword, and youre still going to have to farm for even more materials, which may or may not be even rarer, or simply harder to get. For example, leviathan scales, teeth, whatever, you get the point, It takes about 30 minutes of sitting in a boat at danger level 6 to spawn leviathan, not counting deaths or simply times your boat has broken, now say leviathan spawns, but you fail to get the leviathan heart, or you didnt get enough scales, well buddy I have some news for you, because youre gonna wanna do that all over again, from bribing the guy (which isnt cheap, and you WILL have to farm for fragments if you cant bribe him), to finding a team of 5 to even be able to get leviathan to spawn, getting to danger level 6, and waiting, all over again, not to mention that if nobody has the beast hunter boat, youre going to need one for the heart, and to craft it? You need to kill levi once or twice to get enough materials. This games upgrading system is so stupid, if I were you I wouldnt even bother on upgrading swords, but that leads us to the next problem;
Scrolls. The fact the game has scrolls and something to give a small advantage to the game is okay, its something I respect, good job devs. But for one good thing they do, they always have to ruin it in some way. And that is because unless you want a 2% damage buff, youre gonna have to grind, and oh boy do I mean it. You must craft 10 tier 1 scrolls to unlock tier 2 scrolls, 10 tier 2 scrolls to unlock tier 3, so on, which would give us a grand total of:
170 gold
60 shark tooths
50 electrical scales
65 leviathan scales
1 freaky shark eyes
1 leviathan heart
And I might be missing some stuff, all that for just ONE mythic scrolls, of course, your next mythic scrolls will be much cheaper, but still, thats pushing it far beyond the line to just be on par with your opponents, not to mention there still is a better scrolls that are currently borderline impossible to get, as only admins can give them to you. Oh and of course, how come, silly me forgot to mention the other way of getting scrolls, you might already know this method, its called robux, and for the low price of… 20 DOLLARS? (Yes you heard damn right 20 dollars) you can get a low amount of ONLY 3 mythical scrolls, and unless you want to spend literal days or weeks getting a blessing or a curse, the race to empty your wallet begins. Considering there is only a 10% chance to get a blessing, and even a lower chance to get a curse, with the luck show , you would have to buy a total of 4 mythic scroll bundles, (and you would still have 2 mythic scrolls left over, better save those for getting a blessing or a curse on your so precious soul guitar) costing you a grand total of… over 60 dollars! (Oh boy where have I heard that before) just to get a blessing, (not counting if your luck is worse than average, in which case you might still need to buy more, or less if you have good luck) which seems absolutely f*cking nuts! But of course, if you want a curse (assuming its 2x rarer, so 5%) youre gonna have to buy DOUBLE the ammount of scrolls you just bought, estimate 100 dollars!

This game is stupidly bad, overrated, the prices are through the roof, the farming time is downright outrageous, and the pvp straight up sucks (meaning a 2 year old can do whatever you just did), this game is by far the worst and most overrated on the whole platform. To those who have yet to play or spend money on the game, dont, its not worth it at all, in fact, its nothing but a waste of time and money.
