Detector Subsystem Collaborations
Detector Subsystem Collaborations (DSC's) in ePIC are organized around the design, R&D and construction of specific subsystems in the ePIC detector. The collaborations themselves are comprised of the people and institutions committed to realizing a particular subsystem. If you are interested in joining a particular effort, contact the Detector Subsystem Leaders (DSL's) listed below:

The ePIC Holiday Calendar is a calendar of major holidays around the world that is used as an aid by the collaboration leadership when planning meetings and major events. The calendar should not be taken as absolutely forbidding meetings on a given date, but instead judgement should be used. If an event that requires major participation from a region falls on a major holiday then it rescheduling that event should be considered. On the other hand, events which alternate their geographic focus (like the General Meetings) may still be hold during a holiday period for a region, if the geographic focus of that General Meeting is not the region in question.

ePIC Early-Career members are those who are students, or within 5 years of receiving their Ph.D.. The Early-Career members are represented by three representatives which each hold an independent vote on the ePIC Collaboration Council.
Information on the Summer 2023 election of Early-Career representatives can be found here: Early-Career Election
All Early-Career members should join the ePIC Early-Career Mailing list and Mattermost channels to stay up-to-date (you MUST be enrolled on the mailing list to receive election ballots).

The final ePIC logo, as selected by the Collaboration
There was a problem with some of the original logo images in that there were slight differences introduced between the light and dark background versions that arose during conversion (Thanks to Bill Lee for pointing this out, and to Oskar Hartbrich and Peter Jones for sorting it out). To avoid this we now distribute the logo images as Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) files, which can be resized without a loss of resolution. Since not all web browsers display SVG images properly, we distribute this in a PPT file (both light and dark versions).
