Is Equisync worth it? ›

Equisync is definitely worth the money, however, I know of other programs that provide more value than Equisync in terms of the options and size of resources they give you for way less money. One such program is Zen 12 which I highly recommend you work with instead.

Isochronic tones are considered the most effective form of audio entrainment, and make for the most pleasant listening experience. If done well, the tones are not noticeable to the ear.

If you've ever dozed off into a daydream, you're familiar with alpha brain waves. These brain waves operate on a 7.5-14Hz level and contribute to feelings of deep relaxation. Alpha brain waves aren't only present when you're relaxed though; these waves are the gateway to your subconscious mind.
