Group Fitness Offered
- Aqua Toner
- Provides opportunities for people of all ages with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and joint difficulties to participate in a moderate-level fitness class. This program teaches movements with the use of water and equipment to maintain and increase joint flexibility and muscular strength with the use of water and equipment.
- Body Combat
- Body Combat is a total body martial arts workout that is designed to give you maximum calorie burn. Punch and kick your way to fitness with totally no contact. This workout is high energy, powerful, dramatic and more so bring your best fighter attitude and leave everything else at the door.
- Deep Water Power
- Offers an opportunity to exercise with no impact and provides participants with high-intensity training through a variety of movements. Water exercise belts are used for floatation, which allows free movement of arms and legs for the ultimate no-impact exercise. Participants will increase aerobic and muscle conditioning in addition to flexibility.
- Hard Core Abs
- (20 minutes only): Feel like you can’t do another sit-up? Bend, twist, and plank your way to a stronger core. This class will bring you to a new level of core strength you only imagined.
- HIIT
- Incorporates exercises meant to challenge your strength, cardiovascular ability, flexibility, agility and endurance. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will utilize different exercise equipment.
- Pilates
- A full body low impact strength training workout with an emphasis on the core using the fundamentals of control, breath, and alignment.
- Spinning
- A motivating group environment, intense training, and music that beg your legs to pedal. You’ll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body. Towel and water bottle required. New patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
- Step and Tone
- A workout so fantastic and fun you won’t even realize you’re burning calories and toning muscles at the same time! This is a simple, dance-based workout suitable for any fitness level. The workout will include a step, and a variety of equipment.
- Total Body Tone
- This full-body, non-aerobic class is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance using body bars, BOSU balance trainers, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance tubes, and more!
- TRX
- A revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Be in control of the intensity by adjusting your body position to increase or decrease resistance and work your body in a whole new way. No previous experience necessary.
- Vinyasa Yoga
- Brings poses together in flow using your breath. In class, you will go through sequences to strengthen your muscles, balance, and mental health.
- Yoga
- This yoga class is a vinyasa flow style that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Appropriate for all levels.
- Yoga Sculpt
- High-intensity class that uses small weights and exercises incorporated into yoga poses. HITT exercises are also used throughout the class to help increase heart rate and allow for a great well-rounded workout. This class is done barefoot on a yoga mat.
- Zumba
- Zumba fuses rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body
