Minimum Qualifications5 years social work experienceMaster’s degree in social work from a CSWE accredited university
Prior Experience In Clinical Social WorkCompetency with digital tools (e.g. zoom) for communication, coaching/mentoring, and documentation
Desired QualificationsExperience coaching/mentoring new or aspiring social workersExperience with social work field instruction and supervision
Ability to challenge and assist students with increasing insight in needed areas of improvement within their internshipExperience with CSWE Competencies
Position PurposeTo work with social work students during their internship
Job DutiesTo work with social work students during their internship. We are seeking candidates to mentor, work one-on-one and aid in the professional development and skill building of SW interns.
