The 39 best coffee roasters in Las Vegas (2024)

Public Us is a neighborhood coffee house and cafeteria-style restaurant with specialty coffee drinks, good food and a chill vibe. The menu includes items such as pastries and sandwiches with farm-to-table ingredients, all made in an inviting atmosphere. The shop also has great espresso drinks and a bakery case with vegan and gluten free options.

Cute coffee shop/restaurant. Always busy but lots of seating. Food is fresh and interesting. Eclectic decor including indoor trees. Not great if you are in a hurry as it will take some time to get your food but totally worth it.

Passionate informative employees making great recommendations to my order, delivering amazing results. My friendly conversation with one of the employees taking my order, was very hospitable when I had trouble trying to find a menu and was not sure what was on it.Rating them three stars, because the fact they don’t have a posted menu anywhere in the establishment or if they do, not easy to fine. This restaurant requires you to use a smart phone, assuming the customer should not only own this device, but set the customer experience as a requirement for an mobile device to access their menu. This is very unfair and completely takes away from the neighborhood restaurant experience. As I was there, I witnessed five out of seven people staring at their phone while in line, completely unaware of the beautiful pastry display case on the right. I couldn’t help feel how depressing this was.Personally, I’m trying to get away from using my phone and putting it on silent. The fact that I am forced to use this device defeats the entire purpose of me distancing myself From Mobile phone dependency. Took away my experience at this restaurant completely. I really enjoyed my time here, normally I would just ignore this, but I’m tired of being forced to use my phone everywhere. Although this is my personal choice, I much rather shop at a local establishment with a fun menu and a cheerful staff. What’s the point of living life if you’re just going to live it on a device?

I was stunned by the energy of PublicUs. To me, this gem in the desert feels very San Francisco. I felt revitalized and excited just by the layout and visual space alone.Restaurants that display fresh food options in the case are some of my favorites. PublicUs boasts a large spread of savory options with greens and earthy twists on regular dishes. Add in a delicious French cafe with helpful employees and there you have it.I ordered the breakfast sandwich, the blueberry cream cheese, scone, and a cashew milk latte. My partner ordered the eggs Benedict. The latte: 10/10. I haven’t tasted a drink so good in a while. The cashew milk was rich and sweet, and I could tell they made it in house. I would go back again for the coffee alone.Scone: FANTASTIC. The flavor and texture were surprising but still traditional. I enjoyed every bite. Now, the -1 star is not to be critical for no reason. I genuinely like this place and want to see them improve because they are close to perfect. My partner’s eggs Benedict was cold, not just the greens or the toast, but the actual eggs. He was nervous about the freshness of it, so he didn’t eat it.My breakfast sandwich was delicious, and my first few bites of the brioche bun were very tasty, but then it started to taste too yeasty. It’s hard to explain, but it was a bread taste that was too overpowering. They were very busy, so the eggs Benedict issue was only solved while we were walking out the door. No hard feelings at all, because all the employees were super kind! We just wish the main dishes were as spectacular as everything else here!

Excellent dining experience with top-notch food and service. This establishment offers a self-seating and counter-ordering system. We enjoyed three delicious coffees and relished the flavorful chimichurri steak and eggs as well as the spicy bourbon fried chicken bento. The food boasts great quality, delightful textures, and is reasonably priced. The fantastic employees are a significant factor in our decision to return. We also got pastries to go, haven’t tried them yet

I ordered food from here and had it delivered. While to go orders don’t traditionally live up to the appeal of eating inside the actual restaurant, that was not the case here.I ordered the Tangerine Orange Bento, and the presentation of the food was exceptional! I was so excited to dig in. The chicken was tender and the egg was cooked as I requested. I wish my order had included soy sauce or sriracha because a sauce was definitely needed but there was no way to request that online.Overall this place really hit the spot!

How in the world does this place exist in this part of town? It’s in one of the diciest areas. In fact I ran into the Not Leaving Las Vegas blogger walking to PublicUs and he said it’s pretty dangerous around there. Plus you can sense it yourself.Anyway, PublicUs is great. It has a ton of tasty bakery items and a decent set of coffee drinks (good baristas). Moreover, they serve delicious chef prepared meals as well. Highly recommending the breakfast sandwich. Warning: it’s massive so think twice before ordering this plus a pastry haha.Breakfast burrito also massive, but dang good. I saw other pergola with eagles and egg dishes that all looked incredible.Love the interior decor. Kind of open air feeling with indoor trees and picnic table style plus benches.Service was a bit slow but I’ll chalk it up to that they’re pretty dang busy. Very popular. Check them out!

This is a multi-sensual experience you need to come in and enjoy! When you walk I. - the fragrances take you away and you are lost in what to eat. As you look around - you can keep your eyes intrigued with so manyItems of interest interest. The music keeps your ears entertained at a volume that allows for conversation. Of course,, the food is delicious and fresh - and you feel great when you leave! Chef Uber eats here often - so should you.

A cool breakfast place downtown. The food and service were great. I had the braised beef and it's awesome. I'm not a fan of their house coffee though. It's a little sour for my taste and kinda acidic. Maybe the flavored ones are better. They have Allan, the man who knew, performed magic card tricks to us and we're amazed. We'll be back to try other stuff on the menu.

It was amazing! We absolutely loved everything, the decor, the ambiance, how happy and kind the people working there were. The ease of ordering and laid back atmosphere. The food was fantastic, we had the Traditionalist breakfast, the avocado toast, and a brekkie sandwich supreme. I also got a golden milk latte and their freshly made orange and ginger juice. I really can’t say which one was better because they were both perfect.Super recommended!

Because this place was close to our event yesterday, we popped in for a quick breakfast to go and thank God for that! It was so good, we had to come back again and enjoy such delicious food before heading back to Texas. If you love breakfast croissants/sandwiches, this place is for you! If you love breakfast burritos, this place is for you! And if you absolutely love steak and eggs, this place is for you! The cafe lattes are also delicious, not to mention their freshly squeezed orange juice!! It’s such a great vibe!! The staff are wonderful and are so serviceable. The restrooms are unisex but SUPER clean! Thank you all for EXCEPTIONAL food and service! Definitely coming back next time we are in town.

One of my favorite places near downtown Vegas to grab breakfast and a cup of coffee. They’re incredibly vegetarian-friendly, and the flavors of the food are outstanding. It’s health-forward and delicious.I always look forward to stopping by at least once while in town, if not multiple times. Shoutout to the staff for always being some of the friendliest/nicest people around.

Visiting PublicUs is like eating an amazing breakfast while in your uncles basem*nt. OK I don’t actually have an uncle that has the basem*nt that looks like this but there are so many cool things to look at. We even took a picture of the sink because it was so cool.First of all the food is amazing. I am not really a reckless person, but the breakfast burrito was awesome. There was a bunch of different sauces. You can add if you want but there is no need because everything tasted great. My husband got a coffee that was amazing .There were so many books and tchotchkes to look at there were trees growing out of the tables. it is a very cool visual experience. If you are in Las Vegas, I would definitely recommend going here for at least one meal we were staying on the strip, but we just bought a day pass for the bus and it took us just a few blocks from this restaurant.

Get the date walnut chocolate chip cookie! Trust me, you won’t regret it. (It has a molasses taste to it and is soft/ chewy on the inside with outer crisp - superior to just the plain chocolate chip) The avocado toast was beautifully presented and tasty (not quite sure what they mix the avocado with for the spread). The shakshuka was also flavorful with some heat. A lot of seating indoors. My only complain is the design and use of the space; it looks like three different designers with different ideas came together and didn’t work on creating a cohesive space.

Pros: Love the environment, plenty of seating, quicker service than I had anticipated, and overall great vibes. Great menu options and fantastic coffee options. I got a pour over (Ethiopian wash single origin) and was extremely impressed. Food was well presented and cooked great. My lady got the burrito and she loved it; she ate the leftovers cold and said it still tasted great. The pastries are plentiful and delicious.Cons: The line moved fairly slow. When you get in, you have to scan the QR code near the register for the menu and figure out what you want while you are in line to order your food. People tend to have questions about the menu, understandably so, but there’s only one register and sometimes there’s a lot of questions, which makes for a pretty solid hold up. My potatoes had a lemon-y taste to them, which I wasn’t a huge fan of, and the topping on my steak was kind of bitter. In the end, I highly recommend this spot and would definitely frequent it if I lived in the area.

One word - INCREDIBLE. This is the #1 hidden gem in all of Las Vegas. I had stopped in maybe 4 years ago and the coffee was good. I stopped back by thinking I would just have a coffee. Well the atmosphere is electric and the food display sucks you right in. I ordered a bento box - it was delicious! At only $15 it was a great value - 100% made in-house. The chicken was delicious, the rice perfect and the salad tangy. The coffee bar has a wide selection and all the drinks are hand crafted to order. The espresso is delicious and the golden milk latte is the best I have ever had. I stopped back in two more times this week and wish I could make this my local morning coffee stop.

This is my go-to place on E Fremont! Easy, safe parking with 2 hour validation. Clean restaurant. Great food and lots of interesting and yummy vegan options. I've tried the steak and chicken dishes, and all were great. My friends tried several vegan dishes and loved theirs. The desserts are so good and massive! A must try! Coffees are yummy, too! Love the big water station to stay hydrated. The restroom is always kept clean and very spacious. Definitely enjoy my visit here. Plus, it was a great spot to celebrate my 47th birthday with friends and the staff, even lit a candle and put it in my cinnamon roll. Thank you!!

First time I’ve been to PublicUS and I was massively impressed. Besides a phenomenal atmosphere with niche decor and trees in the middle of tables…. The service was fantastic! Friendly, outgoing, encouraged us to try the menu and made several great suggestions for coffee beverages. And then there’s the food!!! Oh my god. This might be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! The Brekkie is a must try if you come here. I also had the macadamia nut latte, which came presented like a work of art. Even their bathrooms were cool with unique piped faucets and sliding doors. I already can’t wait to go back!

This place is incredible! Walking in was an experience in and of itself. It’s so lively and bright. The fact that half of the building is all windows is fantastic. I have never been in a coffee shop with such a fun and exciting atmosphere. The staff all seem to genuinely enjoy being at work and that’s HUGE. Everyone was friendly and despite how busy the place was, they kept it moving at a good pace. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone in the area.

This place is simply gorgeous on the inside!I'm into the whole maximalism shtick of this place. It gives it more life. The workers are super nice. Anything on the menu is super easy to understand.I came in for brunch & I got a chocolate chip cookie and the tangerine chicken bento box.The cookie was the size of my face, and it was SO good. The salt was a bit much but not too overpowering.Everything inside the bento box was SO good, it came with chicken, kimchi, an egg that you can choose how you want it made, some type of macaroni salad, and some salad with some dressing that was SO good! I'd definitely order it again.

Busy little breakfast/lunch spot with quirky decor. Vegan and Non-Vegan options to boot. House-made breads and delectable desserts. Haven't had the opportunity to try everything on the menu, but all that I have tried has been phenomenally delicious, and all served with a side of incredible customer service. Thanks for being open, even when nothing else is downtown.

Amazing brunch place in the old Vegas area, only 5 minutes from the North Premium outlet! We didnt want to eat in the crowded hotel buffets, so we decided to try a local brunch place on the way to the outlet for shopping. We got there just after 10:30am on Saturday, and it was already bustling with people, with only a few tables empty.By the time we ordered and sat down, there was a long line up by 11am.The portion is huge considering how much we paid, and the quality of the salad that comes as part of the menu is fresh & unique. Lastly, the macademia nut latte had a strong coffee flavor but also the nut taste, abd I would definitely grab it again if I do get to go again! Pumpkin pie was also great.Staff was very friendly and taking time to help even when they are busy, and the interior atmosphere was great as well.Strongly recommended for a group of 4 or less, ideally by / before 10:30am to avoid the weekend crowd.

We only get to stop in here once a year when we’re driving from Colorado to California, but they’re just incredible. The service, food and coffee are top notch.A year apart, Cory (spelling?) poured the best two pour overs I’ve ever had in my life. And he’s super kind.Just can’t say enough about this crew and place.

Stayed by Fremont Experience and was looking around for a breakfast spot on a Monday morning. Got this recommendation from ChatGPT of all places. A bit of a walk and didn’t think it’d be busy since everything else around looked dead, but the place was bustling (in a good way). Hip, chill vibe - service and food both great and fairly priced. A bit of a wait in line to order and get the food but nothing too crazy and was definitely worth it. I got the breakfast burrito (very filling) and drip coffee (good beans and free refills).

We are grateful to have found this Las Vegas gem! Delicious food and friendly staff. The only reason I gave the ‘Atmosphere’ a four star was due to the volume of the music, too loud for us. Fun interior and unique bathrooms. Keep up the great work team!

A special place with a light, genuine and bright vibe and food to match. All of the dishes we tried and saw were classic dishes on paper but made with a touch of invention and lots of love. The results are delicious and indulgent yet wholesome. The waffles are insane, taking a yeasted dough but thinning it to a batter to give a crisp and light texture. The baked goods are enticing - blueberry and cream cheese type scone was fruit laden.Service is effortlessly friendly and welcoming.Wish this was my neighbourhood joint.

The food is delicious and bouncing with flavor. The staff make you feel like you're at a friend's house. And the space is super chill. I loved coming here and I will be back next time I'm in Vegas.

My Café Horchata (with espresso) and pistachio croissant were divine!! I’d return for those. But my friend’s egg breakfast also looked delicious and she said it was great. Also that it’s easy to eat gluten free here which she is. The atmosphere is SUPERB. And the service was friendly + efficient. What a delightful find! Worth going out of the way for.

If you are in Vegas, go to this place! It is the only legit coffee house around. The lattes are incredible, and the food is unbelievable, most made from scratch on property. So many gluten-free, dairy, free, nut free options as well! I was here for a week, and came here for breakfast every single day that I could! The people that work, here, and the owners are also amazing!

This place seems to be full of people all the time, so finding a seat might be tricky. They serve really delicious food, worth the long wait in line. We got the Shakshuka, which was super flavorful, saucy with poached eggs and a toast, but I feel like it needed some type of meat to go along. The "Waffles for the People" were so fluffy and airy however not too sweet which complimented well with the sweet berries and syrup. Also the drinks we got were Horchata de Arroz & Death Cream coffee, both very good options. Last but not least for dessert we got a Cashews & Dates Chocolate Chunk Cookie....it was my favorite thing we got from there. It's a soft cookie with a very chewy center, hints of chai spices that sets it apart from other cookies and big chunks of chocolate/cashews. Overall a great place to come back!

The service at this restaurant is just absolutely impeccable!! I had scones and coffee, and we also had a couple of teas. Wes took his time and made the tea it was special. I just felt special having the coffee and tea .I would have given a perfect score for the scone, but it wasn't warm enough for me. Wes and every single other of this staff deserves. Kudos, they were very caring, kind ask me how my food tasted. I ended up buying extra coffee. I took my scone home and heated it, and it was absolutely the best scone I ever put in my mouth, and it was hours later.
