UDC has an immediate opening for a Sr. Contracts Administrator with a background in contracts management to join our team in the Englewood, CO office. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and administering company, vendor, and client contracts as well as maintaining registrations with countries and states where UDC operates. This is a hybrid position out of the Englewood, CO office and the selected candidate will report to the VP of Finance.
What you will do
Review, prepare, draft, edit, redline, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements (TAs), contracts, subcontracts and purchase/task orders with clients and vendors.
Track the progress of contract documents, and coordinate for final approval and signature by all parties.
Evaluate client and vendor contracts to ensure that all requirements are met in accordance with company policies.
Administer and enforce the company’s internal contract review process.
Track, manage, and coordinate notifications of contract modifications and required actions on Federal contracts, especially multiple award contracts issued by the General Services Administration (GSA).
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Monitor key dates and deadlines for contract extensions, renewals, and close-outs based on company needs and decisions.
Solve contract-related issues that may arise.
Work with the proposal team to automate and regulate the proposal review process.
Provide review of proposals for language and terms to ensure risk avoidance and adherence to policy.
Administer client and vendor portals making sure key employees have access to the portals and email notifications issued from the portals.
Register the company with the Secretary of State in the states where UDC operates as required. Maintain these registrations as required.
Create and maintain federal and state payroll accounts as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
What we look for from you
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years related experience in contracts management or legal work, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with document signing services.
Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures.
Excellent administrative skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
Experience with MS Power Automate preferred.
Compensation Range:
$80,000-$97,000/annually, depending on experience
